HELLO TRADERS!
Today I will tell you the story of my experience from broker GsiMarkets. You will be convinced that this is a BIG SCAM broker and you don’t must to trade with him.
I started to trade with them on the August 8, 2016 until March 24, 2017. I took advantage of the promotion "$50 NO DEPOSIT BONUS" and I opened an account with them:
I asked him by email what are the conditions for withdrawal of profits and they told me that I have to trade 20 lots. NO OTHER CONDITIONS!
The first transaction I have opened on August 8, 2016:
The confirmation of bonus and the request of 20 lots traded appeared on their website. So far everything was fine:
In early December 2016, I was asked to change the server, from the server InterGolbal-Real to TradeTech-Main:
I complied and moved to the new server:
When I moved to the new server, 2 lots they was already traded on the old server and the remaining 18 lots, remained to be traded on the new server. Also, the balance of $ 520.45 from the account on the old server had been transferred to the new server and bonus details have changed on their website:
On February 9, 2017 I met the condition for withdrawal of profits: 18 lots traded required and this has been confirmed on their website. The balance it was about 3000 $, I do not remember the exact amount:
I initially tried to withdraw $ 2,500. But first I sent them the required documents:
I talked on chat with them and I have confirmed that the documents are in order:
I requested withdrawal amount of $ 2500 and they confirmed the request and the documents received:
But they have rejected my request of withdraw adding a new condition for withdrawal of profit: I must to deposit minimum $ 250:
I had no money at that time to deposit, so I continued to trade until I have collected $ 250 from other sources. On March 29, 2017 I tried to deposit $ 250 with my credit card. But surprise! I received an error message:
I contacted them by email and told me to try to make deposit with another credit card and if does not work, it means they not work in the area of my country:
I tried to make deposit with another credit card and it gives me the same error message. Then I tried to make deposit by other methods. Wire transfer minimum amount is $ 5000:
The method AstroPay accepted only countries Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Peru, Argentina and China:
WTF?!?!!!! This broker is so STUPID!
I could not deposit the $ 250 requested. Meanwhile, my account has reached a balance of $ 5725.43. I tried to withdraw the profit again, this time $ 5,600. They again rejected the request for the same reason: I must deposit a minimum of 250 $:
I asked them by email, why accept registrations from all countries, if they work only with certain countries. No answer. So, do not trade with this broker. Because you will lose your money even if you are profitable traders.
I understood then that this broker is a BIG SCAM and I lost time with him. I sent a final email in which I requested the transfer of $ 5,600 in my bank account, noting that they do not need the credit card details because on their website does not require this at withdrawal form. Also, I notified that I will make known my case on the Internet and I will make a complaint to institutions which they are regulated:
- Dominica Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications,
- Financial Services Authority of the Commonwealth of Dominica,
- IBCR Belize
- Malta Financial Services Authority.
Well, the next day, they closed my account. I can not connect nor Metatrade4, nor WebTrader:

I asked by chat why can not I log in my account and after I told them the account number, they closed the chat:
SO, THAT'S THE STORY. I WILL DRAW UP A COMPLAINT AT THE INSTITUTIONS WHERE THEY ARE REGULATED. AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS BROKER IS NOT SERIOUS AND YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU ARE PROFITABLE TRADER. PLEASE AVOID THIS JOKE BROKER. THEY WANT TO DECEIVE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. THERE'S NOTHING REAL TO THIS BROKER.
